1 Comparison of main properties between high-activity belite Portland cement clinker and ordinary Portland cement clinker
LIU Yanjun, et al
Based on 15 years of laboratory research, industrial production, and engineering applications, this paper compares the main performance indicators of high-activity belite cement clinker and ordinary Portland cement clinker with reference to the GB/T 21372—2024 "Portland Cement Clinker" standard. These indicators include the main clinker mineral composition, chemical composition, setting time, strength, and hydration heat. The comparison results show that high-activity belite cement clinker has physical, mechanical, and durability properties equivalent to or better than those of ordinary Portland cement clinker, and it can completely replace ordinary Portland cement clinker in large-scale production of general-purpose silicate cement products. This has significant implications for promoting high-quality, green, and low-carbon development in China's cement industry.

10 Effect of mineral adsorbents on heavy metal solidification performance of clinker co-processed in cement kilns Hot!
ZHU Huimei, et al
This study addresses the challenge of high volatility and low solidification rates of the semi-volatile heavy metal Pb during the co-processing of waste in cement kilns. To mitigate this, three modified mineral adsorbents(high-silicon, high-aluminum, and high-calcium), were synthesized using kaolin as the base material with equal mass substitution of silica fume, aluminum hydroxide, and calcium carbonate, respectively. The phase evolution of these systems was investigated across a temperature range of 0~1 450 ℃, and their influence on Pb solidification behavior was assessed. Clinker calcination experiments, determination of free calcium oxide content, total heavy metal content analysis, chemical form extraction, and leaching toxicity testing were employed to comprehensively evaluate the effects of each adsorbent on clinker burnability, Pb solidification rate, elemental distribution, and environmental safety. The results demonstrate that the high-silicon modified adsorbent, when added at a 1% dosage, significantly enhances the Pb solidification rate in clinker to 3.63 times that of the reference group and promotes a more uniform distribution of Pb within the clinker. Furthermore, Pb in KS predominantly exists in residual form(accounting for 95%), indicating strong chemical stability. The leaching concentration of Pb in the prepared cement slurry is substantially below the national standard limit, suggesting a low environmental risk. Consequently, this research offers both a theoretical foundation and a practical reference for selecting and implementing efficient, high-temperature resistant mineral adsorbents in cement kiln co-processing applications

15 Comparative analysis of different pretreatment methods for chloride ion content in alternative fuels co-processed in cement kilns
MA Changpeng, et al
There are various pre-treatment methods for detecting chloride ions in the co-processing of alternative fuels in cement kilns. This paper mainly studies three detection methods: muffle furnace incineration method, Ashka mixture dissolution method and oxygen bomb combustion method, and conducts a comparative analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. The results showed that when using the oxygen bomb combustion method and the Ashka mixed reagent dissolution method to process samples of different types of alternative fuels, the test results were all within the reasonable error range and met the test requirements. Among them, the oxygen bomb combustion method is more convenient to operate. While measuring the calorific value, the residual detection liquid after combustion can be effectively used for analysis, and the samples are not restricted during processing. The Ashka mixed reagent dissolution method has high detection accuracy and precision, and can ensure that the relative deviation of the test results is within 5%, but the operation process is cumbersome and has extremely high requirements for the test personnel and the test process.

67 Development and application of special cementitious material for high-performance shield tunnel synchronous grouting mortar
YIN Zhixiong, et al
In response to the need for enhancing the performance of synchronous mortar in shield tunnels, an innovative cementitious system has been developed. This system primarily utilizes cement, slag powder, and desulfurized gypsum containing bentonite impurities as the main cementitious components, combined with ultra-fine slag powder, iron-aluminate cement clinker, and water glass as accelerating and early-strength agents. This cementitious system significantly improves the physical and mechanical properties of synchronous mortar in shield tunnel. Compared to the traditional system, its 1-day compressive strength increases by 136%, and its 28-day strength increases by 109%. It can completely replace conventional synchronous grouting materials. Its rapid setting and early-strength characteristics effectively ensure the precision of shield tunnel alignment control, reducing the uplift of the shield tunnel by 47.7% and the segment damage rate by 66.7%. This grouting material facilitates the efficient resource utilization of desulfurized gypsum obtained through acid washing and purification of bentonite, reducing the overall cost of mortar by 25.5%.

71 Feasibility study on preparing road concrete for coal mine roadways from multi-source coal-based solid waste
LI Xudong, et al
Aiming at the challenges of resource utilization of solid wastes such as coal gangue, gasification slag and low-quality fly ash in coal mining areas, multi-source coal-based solid wastes were used to replace part of natural sand and gravel as well as cement for preparing C25 road concrete. The influences of different solid waste dosages on the working performance, mechanical properties, material cost and other factors of concrete for coal mine roadway construction were systematically studied. The results show that preparing concrete for coal mine roadway construction with high-volume multi-source coal-based solid wastes is technically and economically feasible. Considering the concrete performance, material cost, service environment and design requirements of coal mine roadways comprehensively, the gasification slag and coal gangue fine aggregate are suitable for compounding according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and the dosage of coal gangue coarse aggregate should not exceed 50%. On the basis of ensuring the performance indexes of concrete, the economic benefit is remarkable. The research results provide technical support for the in-situ resource utilization of coal mine solid wastes.
