Abstract:Ferroaluminate cement with anhydrous calcium sulphoaluminate, dicalcium silicate and tetracalcium ferroaluminate as the main clinker minerals, has low alkali fast hardening, high strength, anti-freezing, impermeability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other excellent properties. The cement with 10% anhydrite was added with 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% of limestone powder, fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS) respectively, and the strength, setting time, free expansion rate, chloride ion diffusion coefficient and other items were tested. It was found that the addition of the mixture had no great influence on the setting time of the cement, but the strength of the cement mortar was reduced in different amplitudes. The reduction amplitute from small to large was GGBS, limestone powder, fly ash. With the increase of the addition amount, the strength gradually decreased. The chloride diffusion coefficient of the ferric aluminate cement can be reduced by adding appropriate amount of limestone powder
