Abstract:Clarifying the specific surface area of clinker and admixture in cement is the basis for preparing cement and reducing the clinker coefficient. Taking advantage of the density differences between clinker and admixture, the quantitative characterization method of the specific surface area of clinker and admixture was studied by dividing the cement particle size range and using experimental and computational methods in this paper. The results show that as the cement particle size increased, the clinker content gradually increased and the mixtures content gradually decreased. The specific surface area of P·C 42.5 cement with the range of 0~20 μm was 612.9 m2/kg, and the clinker content in cement with the range of 0~20 μm was 64%. When the particle size was greater than 45 μm, the specific surface area of cement was 61.8 m2/kg, and the clinker content was 93%. Taking P·C 42.5 cement with a specific surface area of 380 m2/kg as an example for calculation, the specific surface area of the clinker was about 334 m2/kg, and the surface area of the mixture was about 639 m2/kg by calculation
