1 Study on mechanical properties and influence of wollastonite fiber reinforced shale gas cementing cement
ZHAO Feng, et al.
Shale gas as a kind of clean and efficient unconventional energy, its mining process needs fracturing operations, which puts forward high toughness requirements for cementing cement. In this paper, the mechanical properties and microstructure of wollastonite fiber reinforced shale gas cement were studied. The experimental results showed that shale gas cementing cement has better compressive strength and flexural strength. The addition of wollastonite fiber is conducive to improving the mechanical properties of the cement stone, so that the cement stone has better toughness, and the best content of wollastonite fiber is 5%~10%. Through microscopic testing analysis, the reason why wollastonite fiber can enhance the mechanical properties of cement stone is that on the one hand, in hydration reaction, wollastonite fiber  consumes calcium hydroxide to form hydrated calcium silicate during the hydration reaction and improves its adhesion with cement matrix. On the other hand, when the cement is cracked by external forces, the wollastonite fiber can deflect the development of cracks and hinder the expansion of cracks, thus the wollastonite fiber plays the role of toughening and cracking.

7 Numerical simulation of rupture damage of ceramsite concrete
ZHANG Chuanyin, et al
As a common lightweight aggregate concrete, full lightweight ceramsite concrete has a very good engineering prospect, especially in high-rise buildings and assembled structures. However, the current research on ceramsite concrete is mainly at the macro level. On the mesoscopic level, the ceramsite concrete is regarded as a three-phase composite material composed of ceramsite, cement mortar and ceramsite-cement mortar interface transition zone. The M-T homogenization theory is used to verify the accuracy of the model parameters by comparing the experimental results. At the same time, a mesoscopic two-dimensional model of ceramsite concrete was established to further study the damage mechanism and crack development law of ceramsite concrete. The results showed that through the reasonable mix design of ceramsite concrete, ceramsite concrete that can meet the LC35 strength grade and meet the density requirements of lightweight aggregate concrete can be prepared under the equal volume of ceramsite instead of gravel. Through the simulation of the two-dimensional 150 mm×150 mm component of ceramsite concrete, it is found that the compressive failure of ceramsite concrete begins to crack from the interface transition zone, and then the crack penetrates the ceramsite and further expands until the ceramsite concrete reaches the ultimate load strength. Through the numerical simulation of splitting tensile strength of ceramsite concrete, some of the cracks at the end of ceramsite concrete run through the aggregate, and some develop along the interface area between aggregate and mortar.

15 Discussion on influencing factors of frost resistance of high performance concrete Hot!
ZHANG Haibin, et al.
The service life of concrete structure can not meet the requirements for use. In addition to the lack of strength, the main reason is the poor durability of concrete itself. Among them, the freeze-thaw cycle is a very important factor that affects and characterizes the durability life of concrete. In this paper, the effects of water cement ratio, different proportions of admixtures, addition of air entraining agent and standard curing age on the frost resistance of high performance concrete were analyzed. The results showed that the frost resistance of high performance concrete increases with the decrease of water cement ratio. The addition of admixture reduced the frost resistance of high performance concrete, and the more the admixture, the more obvious the decrease. However, the effect of compound admixture was better than that of single admixture, and the effect of single admixture of ground granulated blast furnace slag was better than that of single admixture of fly ash. The addition of air entraining agent greatly improves frost resistance of high performance concrete. With the extension of standard curing age, its frost resistance increased.

19 Effect of steel slag on early properties and composition of alkali-excited slag
DONG Zhirong, et al.
To investigate the effect of different steel slag content on properties of slag-steel slag alkali-activated composites, geopolymer-based materials with different steel slag content were synthesized using steel slag and slag as raw materials, and a water glass solution with a modulus of 1.4 as the alkali activator. The geopolymer samples doped with different steel slag ratios were analyzed using a range of techniques, including compressive strength testing, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), pore structure analysis (MIP), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDS). The results indicated that the compressive strength of the slag-steel slag geopolymer initially increased with increasing steel slag content and then decreased, with the optimal steel slag content being 15%. The analysis results showed that at low steel slag content, the addition of steel slag facilitated the formation of amorphous gel products, which filled the pores and transformed them into smaller gel pores, thereby reducing the total porosity and enhancing the compressive strength of the samples. However, for samples with a steel slag content exceeding the optimal amount, the presence of MgO and CaO in the steel slag caused volume expansion and cracks in the sample, resulting in an increase in pore size and a decrease in compressive strength.

27 Influence and control of co-processing solid waste and salt production from fly ash with cement kiln on system working condition
LIAN Chao, et al.
The curing rate and emission rate of fluoride and the change of clinker quality after cooperative treatment of electrolytic aluminum overhaul slag in cement kiln were studied. The results showed that the curing rate of fluoride in raw materials increased with the increase of the mixing ratio, which means that the amount of fluoride dissolved in clinker increased, and the fluoride maintained dynamic balance in the kiln system. As the disposal ratio of overhaul slag increased in the cement kiln, the initial setting time and final setting time of the clinker are both extended, the 3d compressive strength of the clinker is decreasing, but the 28d compressive strength is increasing.
