Study on basic properties of high activity and low carbon ecological cementing materials from coal - based solid waste
CUI Jianqin, et al.
China is a major country in industrial solid waste discharge. In the historical process of years of digesting the solid waste, the building materials industry has been the biggest undertaking of recycling, reduction and harmless disposal of industrial solid waste. Besides that, it is also the leader of the "double carbon" goal promotion and realization. In this paper, the main physicochemical properties of silica-aluminum system ecological cementitious material were investigated through the exploration and research on the preparation of high activity and low carbon ecological cementitious material by recycling coal gangue. The test showed that when the performance index reaches the grade 42.5 and grade 32.5 cement indexes, the comprehensive utilization rate of coal-based solid waste reaches 48% and 65%. Compared with ordinary Portland cement, CO2 emission can be reduced by more than 50% from carbonate decomposition when producing each ton of the silica-aluminum system ecological cementitious material. In a real sense, it breaks through the large-scale application of solid waste of coal gangue industry and the low-carbon manufacturing of cementing materials.

Effect of matching of cementing materials and admixtures on properties of Portland cement-based two-component self-leveling morta
ZHANG Youxiang, et al.
The existing self-leveling mortar is mostly prepared from sulphoaluminate cement and solid admixtures, which results in high cost, short shelf life and unstable performance. In this paper, ternary composite cementitious materials of Portland cement-ultrafine Portland cement-mineral powder and liquid admixtures were used to prepare Portland cement based two-component self-leveling mortar. The influence of the composition and the matching of the cementitious materials and admixtures on the flowability, mechanical properties, and shrinkage of the self-leveling mortar was investigated. The results indicated that the two-component self-leveling Portland cement-based mortar can meet the desired performance standards of initial and 20 min fluidity of over 140 mm, 1 d compressive and flexural strengths were 6.2 MPa and 5.2 MPa, respectively, the 7 d tensile adhesive strength was 1.45 MPa, and the 7 d shrinkage value was only 0.1%,when the water-cement ratio was 0.55, and 5% ultrafine Portland cement, 4% Type Ⅱ gypsum, 0.5‰ shrinkage reducing agent (SRA), and 12% high-performance expansive agent (HCSA)was added.

Study on carbon dioxide emission prediction and carbon reduction path of cement industry in Guangdong Province
Hot!
This study takes Guangdong Province as an example to establish three different carbon emission prediction models for predicting cement clinker and cement production, and the prediction accuracy of different methods is compared. Next, this study sets benchmark scenarios, policy scenarios and enhanced scenarios to analyze the development trend of carbon emissions in the cement industry, and develops corresponding carbon peak paths and policy recommendations. The research results indicated that the prediction accuracy of genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network model for carbon emissions was higher than that of multiple linear regression analysis method and support vector machine method. Based on the research results of scenario analysis method, it can be seen that the carbon emissions of the cement industry in Guangdong Province reached a peak in the early stage of the 14th Five Year Plan, which has a peak of approximately 128-130 million tons. During the middle and later stages of the 14th Five Year Plan and the 15th Five Year Plan, there was a continuous downward trend. The carbon reduction measures with the potention from large to small in the cement industry are fuel substitution, energy-saving transformation and raw material substitution. The cement industry in Guangdong Province can achieve carbon peak through industrial structure path, energy structure path, outdated production capacity elimination path, and energy-saving and carbon reduction technology path

Experimental study on thermal decomposition of raw materials at different concentrations of carbon dioxide
KANG Yu, et al.
By carrying out the raw meal TG and DSC experimental study in the atmosphere of different carbon dioxide concentrations, the carbon dioxide content in atmosphere has a significant effect on the thermal decomposition of raw meal. As the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere increases, the TG and DSC thermal reaction curves shift to the right significantly, the characteristic temperatures increase significantly, which restrains the decomposition of raw meal to a certain extent.
