Abstract:This experiment tested and analyzed the strength and hydration products of super sulfate cement after carbonization, and compared it with ordinary Portland cement. At the same time, measures to improve the carbonation resistance of super sulfate cement were discussed. The research results indicated that the carbonation resistance of super sulfate cement was inferior to that of P·O 42.5 cement. No diffraction peak of ettringite was observed in the super sulfate cement after carbonation for 3 days, indicating that ettringite changed during the carbonization process. The addition of a certain amount of sodium metasilicate is beneficial for improving the carbonation resistance performance. The addition of ultrafine mineral powder makes the super sulfate cement slurry denser, optimizes the pore structure of the cement slurry, and thus improves its carbonation resistance.
