Abstract:With the development of oil and gas exploration to deepwater offshore oil and gas, coalbed methane, etc., the cementing environment with low temperature and low fracture pressure has gradually increased. In order to solve the problem of cementing under low temperature conditions, this paper constructs a low-density cement slurry system with excellent engineering performance and fast rapid early strength development under low temperature environment based on the research of cement-based materials, hydration reinforcement materials, lightening materials and admixtures. The performance test of the system shows that the API water loss of cement slurry is less than 48 mL, the density difference between the upper and lower parts is less than 0.05 g/cm3, and the 24 h compressive strength is greater than 3.6 MPa and 48 h compressive strength is greater than 8.1 MPa under the low temperature condition of 4 ℃, which has excellent early strength and can meet the engineering requirements of cementing in low temperature environment.
