Abstract:This paper takes the pre-treated electrolytic manganese slag as the research object and feeds it into a 5 000 t/d Portland cement clinker production line to explore its influence on the nitrogen oxide content in the smoke chamber during the reaction process and analyze the changes in the later performance of the clinker. The results show that with the input of electrolytic manganese slag, the NOx content in the flue gas of the cement kiln system has a significant reduction trend. Electrolytic manganese can improve the burnability of cement raw material and promote the formation of C3S mineral crystals. The water requirement of normal consistency of cement clinker, the setting time and other properties all meet the standard requirements, but the mechanical properties of clinker are slightly reduced.
