Abstract：The technical requirements of low-heat Portland cement were described, the macro and micro crack resistance tests of low-heat cement conducted by predecessors were summarized. The research results of low-heat cement crack resistance were summarized, the application and research status of low-heat cement in hydraulic engineering at home and abroad were reviewed. The lack of research on the crack resistance of low-heat cement in hydraulic lining concrete was pointed out, and the research prospect of low-heat cement in hydraulic lining concrete in the future is prospected
