1 Development and performance evaluation of low-density cement slurry systems for low-temperature cementing
LONG Dan, et al
With the development of oil and gas exploration to deepwater offshore oil and gas, coalbed methane, etc., the cementing environment with low temperature and low fracture pressure has gradually increased. In order to solve the problem of cementing under low temperature conditions, this paper constructs a low-density cement slurry system with excellent engineering performance and fast rapid early strength development under low temperature environment based on the research of cement-based materials, hydration reinforcement materials, lightening materials and admixtures. The performance test of the system shows that the API water loss of cement slurry is less than 48 mL, the density difference between the upper and lower parts is less than 0.05 g/cm3, and the 24 h compressive strength is greater than 3.6 MPa and 48 h compressive strength is greater than 8.1 MPa under the low temperature condition of 4 ℃, which has excellent early strength and can meet the engineering requirements of cementing in low temperature environment. This study is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient exploitation of deepwater offshore oil and gas resources and coalbed methane resources

6 Research on carbonation resistance of phosphogypsum supersulfate cement
LIU Lijuan, et al
This experiment tested and analyzed the strength and hydration products of super sulfate cement after carbonization, and compared it with ordinary Portland cement. At the same time, measures to improve the carbonation resistance of super sulfate cement were discussed. The research results indicated that the carbonation resistance of super sulfate cement was inferior to that of P·O 42.5 cement. No diffraction peak of ettringite was observed in the super sulfate cement after carbonation for 3 days, indicating that ettringite changed during the carbonization process. The addition of a certain amount of sodium metasilicate is beneficial for improving the carbonation resistance performance. The addition of ultrafine mineral powder makes the super sulfate cement slurry denser, optimizes the pore structure of the cement slurry, and thus improves its carbonation resistance.

29 Research on multi-condition predictive control of calciner in cement production process
CHU Biao
The precalciner is a core process equipment in cement production. Due to the decline in the quality of raw materials and fuel caused by resource constraints, the operating conditions of the precalciner have become increasingly complex and variable, leading to frequent fluctuations in temperature, which adversely affects the quality of clinker. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the temperature of the precalciner during the production process, establishes a model for categorizing the operating conditions of the precalciner, and proposes a generalized predictive control approach for multi-condition operation of the precalciner. The effectiveness of this approach is verified through simulation experiments. The simulation results indicate that under different operating conditions, the introduction of a lagswitching control strategy allows the precalciner to quickly and stably follow its set point while reducing temperature fluctuations

43 Construction and application of calciner digital twins based on feature extraction and reduced order model
SHUI Pei
This paper proposes a digital twin technology based on numerical simulation and feature extraction, validated using a cement decomposition furnace as an example. To address the challenges of sensor monitoring in harsh industrial environments, the study combines CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)simulation and reduced-order modeling techniques, introducing a digital twin construction method based on POD(Proper Orthogonal Decomposition)feature extraction and Artificial Neural Network(ANN)surrogate modeling. Physical field data under various operating conditions are obtained through parameter design and high-precision simulation. The POD method is used for dimensionality reduction of high-dimensional data, and ANN is employed to map parameter groups to POD modal coefficients, achieving efficient and accurate flow field predictions with errors below 4%. Additionally, Gaussian spatial interpolation is applied to downscale mesh resolution, enabling model lightweighting and facilitating rapid deployment of the digital twin. The results demonstrate that this method is highly applicable and scalable, making it suitable for monitoring, fault diagnosis, and lifespan prediction of complex industrial equipment, providing technical support for refined equipment management and IoT applications.

55 Research on physical properties of eutectic phosphorus structure in phosphogypsum and its influence on performance of gypsu
CHEN Shumin, et al.
Eutectic phosphorus (CaHPO4·2H2O) in industrial by-product phosphogypsum is a key impurity affecting the performance of phosphogypsum building gypsum. This paper takes Xinyangfeng water-washed phosphogypsum as the research object. Through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and chemical analysis methods, it systematically explores the physical property characteristics of eutectic phosphorus, the determination method of its content and the mechanism of its effect on the performance of gypsum, revealing the existence form and structural characteristics of eutectic phosphorus. The test results show that eutectic phosphorus exists in the gypsum lattice in the form of a solid solution, and its content can be characterized by the difference between total phosphorus and soluble phosphorus. Meanwhile, the presence of eutectic phosphorus significantly affects the hydration process, strength development and durability of phosphorus building gypsum. This research provides a theoretical basis and technical reference for the resource utilization of phosphogypsum
