Effect of different mixtures on properties of sulphoaluminate cement
MA Hui, et al
Due to differences of chemical activity and microscopic morphology, different mixtures have different effects on the subsequent hydration process of sulfoaluminate cement and thus affect the strength, chloride ion diffusion coefficient, expansion rate, hydration heat and microscopic morphology of cement. This article studies the changes in various properties of cement after adding limestone, slag powder, and fly ash to sulfoaluminate cement at mass fractions of 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% respectively. The physical property tests show that the properties of the same mixture changed regularly with different dosages, in which the addition of 5% slag powder has the lowest effect on the strength, the addition of 5% or 10% limestone powder can effectively resist the chloride ion diffusion, and each dosage of fly ash can produce a good micro-expansion effect.

Preparation and application of early strength cement for energy saving and efficiency enhancement of assembled PC components
XIA Yanqing, et al
In order to achieve the required strength of the assembled PC component within a specific time frame without steam curing, this study investigates the impacts of mixture and calcium formate content on the physical and mechanical properties of cement based on early strength and early setting silicate clinker. Consequently, a kind of early strength cement is developed and successfully applied in the production of assembled PC components. The early hydration heat and hydration products of early strength cement and commercial P·O 42.5R cement are compared using isothermal calorimetry, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and synchronous thermal analysis (TG-DTG). The results show that when the grinding ratio of early strength cement is 80% clinker, 5% mixed gypsum, 7.5% limestone, 7.5% high titanium slag and 2‰ calcium formate, the hydration rate of early strength cement surpasses that of P·O42.5R cement during the initial stages, and it has higher abundance of hydration products, which enhances the compactness of the cement matrix and leads to a corresponding improvement in its strength. The early strength cement significantly enhances the 12-hour compressive strength of concrete during low temperature curing. When cured at temperature of 20 to 30 ℃, the concrete formulated with early strength cement can meet the demolding requirements after a 12-hour curing period, thereby enabling energy-efficient and productive production of prefabricated PC components.

Study on preparation and properties of steel slag based ternary concrete
LIANG Xiaoxiao, et al.
In order to promote the resource utilization of steel slag and solve the problem of practical application hindered by low activity of steel slag, this paper uses steel slag, metakaolin and silica fume as admixtures to prepare mortar specimens by an L9(33) orthogonal experimental design. The influences of admixture ratio, total admixture amount and steel slag fineness on the mechanical properties of mortar specimens are studied, and the optimal combination of horizontal factors is screened. Based on above, steel slag-based ternary concrete is prepared, and the optimal combination of horizontal factors is optimized and verified. The results show that the mortar specimens are most affected by the total admixture amount, and the optimal combination of horizontal factors is 1:2:2 (silica fume: steel slag: metakaolin) with the total admixture amount of 20% and the steel slag fineness of D90 is 147 μm. At the same time, compared with steel slag concrete with single admixture, the compressive strength of steel slag-based ternary concrete designed with optimal horizontal factors increases by 31.71% at 3 days, 54.21% at 7 days, and 9.84% at 28 days. Compared with standard cement concrete, the compressive strength increases by 4.68% at 3 days, 15.88% at 7 days, and 5.71% at 28 days, which meets the strength requirements for steel slag as an admixture in practical application to concrete.

Study on evaluation method of viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic acid products
XIAO Jianqi, et al.
Using typical viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic acid superplasticizers at home and abroad, the four-part workability test method of "dosage - flow rate - expansion - gas content" was innovatively adopted, combined with compressive strength test, and three typical concrete viscosity grades of C25~C30, C50~C55 and C60~C70 in application were simulated with water-binder ratios of 0.45, 0.35 and 0.29, respectively. The application effects of different viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic acid superplasticizers were systematically tested.
