1 Comparative study on frost resistance and pore characteristics of low heat concrete and medium heat concrete

Low heat concrete has received widespread attention in the field of hydraulics, which reduces the risk of early cracking of bulk concrete due to its slower initial heat release rate. In this paper, the freeze-thaw resistance of low heat concrete and medium heat concrete was compared, and the pore distribution at multiple scales was obtained by combining mercury intrusion porosimetry and liquid nitrogen adsorption method. The BJH model and DFT model were used to analyze the pore distribution of liquid nitrogen adsorption at different scales, and the roughness and pore size distribution of the pore surface were further characterized by the surface fractal dimension, and the fundamental reason why low-heat concrete has better freeze-thaw resistance was revealed from the aspects of concrete impermeability and pore structure.

The reduction mechanism and efficiency of various reducing agents for conventional water-soluble cement hexavalent chromium were studied. By appropriate combination of reducing agents, carriers and surfactants, while ensuring the reduction effect, suitable surfactants are used to fully disperse the reducing agent in cement. Appropriate carriers are also used in composite reducing agents to improve their storage stability, thus developing an efficient, stable, harmless, and economical composite reducing agent.
