Abstract:Phosphogypsum-based excess-sulfate phosphorus slag cement (PEPSC) has the problems of low early strength and slow strength development. In this study, phosphogypsum (PG), phosphor slag, slag and Portland cement clinker are used as raw materials to prepare PEPSC by optimizing the mixing ratio and combining it with a suitable humid heat curing process. The results show that compared with conventional curing, the humid heat method significantly improves the activity of phosphor slag, accelerates the formation of hydration products, which increases the 28-day compressive strength of PEPSC by about 40% and effectively improves its strength development rate. In this PEPSC system, PG acts as an aggregate component, closely binding hydrated products such as flocculent C-S-H gel and acicular ettringite to form a complex three-dimensional network framework structure, thereby significantly enhancing the mechanical properties of the materia
