Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the core board of fire door made by cement-based chemical foaming process and its application field. Under the premise of 200~220 kg/m3 dry powder feeding, the optimal dosage of chemical foaming agent hydrogen peroxide is 5%, foam stabilizer is 0.5%, polypropylene fiber is 0.3%, strengthening and reducing agent is 6%. When the water temperature is 45 ℃, the foam stabilization effect of the fire door core plate is the best, and the plate can be cut within 16 h, and the tensile strength, flexural strength and compressive strength reach the peak.
