1 Research on influence of silica fume on performance of steel slag cement mortar and its strength mechanism Hot!
SONG Yuzhang, et al
In order to achieve high-volume and high-value utilization of steel slag resources, this paper proposes an innovative strategy for preparing high-strength mortar by using steel slag as the main raw material, introducing a certain amount of silica fume and supplementing it with an appropriate amount of activator to activate the hydration activity of steel slag under humid heat curing. The study concluded that after introducing silica fume into the cementitious material system with a 60% steel slag admixture, high-performance steel slag cementitious mortar(SSCM)with a strength of over 70 MPa can be successfully prepared using humid heat curing. Compared with the traditional steel slag polymer cementitious system, the introduction of silica fume to replace part of the slag while maintaining the Ca/Si of the system can effectively reduce the amount of system accelerator, so that the compressive strength of the mortar changes slightly when the accelerator content is reduced from 17% to 11%. Under the conditions of humid heat curing, extending the curing time and using a low alkali accelerator with an amount of less than 10%, the strength of the SSCM can also be sustainably developed to a suitable strength for engineering applications. At the same time, the introduction of silica fume in SSCM can effectively reduce the drying shrinkage of the mortar and exhibit better durability. The mechanism of strength formation in the system is that the introduction of silica fume can effectively provide SiO2- 3 to the system to participate in the formation of C-S-H gel, and can continuously promote the formation of C-S-H gel, increase the density of the structure, and increase the mechanical properties of SSCM.

8 Influence of fluorite waste residue dosage on formation of minerals and properties of sulphoaluminate cement clinker
ZHOU Yanhong, et al
Sulfate aluminate cement is a green low calcium cementitious material that is energysaving and emission reducing. This cement has excellent properties such as fast setting and hardening, early strength, high strength, and resistance to sulfate corrosion, and has application prospects in various engineering fields. However, sulfoaluminate cement has problems such as slow strength growth and shrinkage in the later stage, which affects its application range. In this article, fluorite waste residue from the photovoltaic industry is used as a mineralizer and added to raw materials to prepare sulfoaluminate cement clinker. The research results indicate that the dosage of fluorite waste affects the mineral composition ratio of clinker, and adding 0.6% fluorite waste can improve the performance of sulfoaluminate cement clinker. By adding 12% hard gypsum to the clinker, high early strength sulfoaluminate cement with a compressive strength of 16.0 MPa at 3 hours and 62.2 MPa at 28 days can be prepared, and the strength steadily increases in the later stage.

36 Structural analysis and optimization of raw material dynamic powder separator
BO Hai, et al.
Based on the principle of computational fluid mechanics, this paper simulated and analyzed the internal flow rate of raw material dynamic separator by changing the structure of guide blade and the angle of discharge pipeline. The analysis found that when the blade deflection angle is between 10° and 20°, the flow field is relatively stable. And when the pipe angle is 138°, the fine powder collection effect is the best.

60 Multi-performance synergy of steel slag–phosphogypsum supersulfated cement
YE Huayong
Phosphogypsum is a by-product of the phosphate fertilizer industry. If it is stored for a long time, it will cause environmental pollution. To achieve high-value utilization, this paper uses phosphogypsum as the sulfate excitation source, combines steel slag and mineral powder to prepare a full-waste-triple-component super sulfate cement, and systematically evaluates its mechanical properties, dry shrinkage behavior, hydration products, microstructure, environmental safety and carbon emission levels. Seven sets experiments are configured using the simple centroid design method, and mechanical, dry shrinkage, XRD, SEM, leaching toxicity and carbon emission tests are carried out. The results show that when the phosphogypsum content is 20%~25%, the steel slag content is 15%~20%, and the mineral powder content is 60%~65%, the 28-day compressive strength is more than 45 MPa, the dry shrinkage strain is controlled within 1 300~1 500 με, which exhibits good mechanical and volume stability. XRD and SEM reveal that under the optimized ratio, a large amount of calcium aluminosilicate and C-(A)-S-H are formed, which significantly densifies the microstructure. The supersulfated cement system can effectively solidify F-, PO3- 4 and other ions, which meets the GB 8978—1996 standard, demonstrating environmental friendliness. The carbon emission is minimized to 35 kg/t, reducing by 95.6% compared to Portland cement, demonstrating significant low-carbon advantages

73 Influence of recycled concrete aggregate on properties of concrete containing fly ash
ZHANG Biaofu, et al.
This paper investigates the effects of different substitution ratios of recycled concrete aggregates on the dimensional stability and durability of concrete containing fly ash. Compared with fine recycled concrete aggregates, using coarse recycled concrete aggregates resulted in higher residual compressive strength after dry-wet cycles and freeze-thaw cycles. The free drying shrinkage of concrete using fine recycled concrete and coarse recycled concrete aggregates significantly increased by 76% and 82% respectively, while the crack width of constrained drying shrinkage decreased by 19.7% and 14.1% respectively.
