Research on resource application of lepidolite slag as cement mixture and admixture
Lepidolite slag is a general solid waste, its main components are silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, iron trioxide, etc., and the composition is similar to cement mixtures and concrete admixtures. In this paper, a number of detections and tests have been carried out based on the requirements of national standards, and the feasibility of using it as cement mixture and admixture has been analyzed from many aspects. The results showed that the lepidolite slag is qualified in heavy metal leaching and radioactivity detection, which has potential hydraulic and pozzolanic properties. It passes stability detection, has a high activity strength index, and meets the basic requirements as a cement mixture and admixture. However, lepidolite slag has a high-water content, large composition fluctuations, and high alkali content and sulfur trioxide content. When using lepidolite, homogenization should be strengthened and the addition should be controlled to make the alkali and sulfur trioxide content in cement meet the national standard requirements

Study on chloride ion permeability resistance of high strength concrete under different curing methods

In order to explore the influence of curing methods on the chloride ion permeability resistance of high strength concrete, this study used the RCM method and the electric flux method to comparatively study the chloride ion penetration resistance of high-strength concrete produced by the three most common curing methods (standard curing, steam curing and high temperature autoclaves curing) in practical engineering. The results showed that the chloride ion migration coefficient of the same component concrete was positively correlated with the electric flux. Compared with the high strength concrete under standard curing, the chloride ion migration coefficient of concrete under steam curing and high temperature autoclave curing increased by 365.4% and 61.5%, and the electric flux increased by 317.8% and 110.7% respectively.It is mutually confirmed that the chloride ion resistance of standard curing concrete is the best, and the chloride ion penetration resistance of high temperature autoclaved curing concrete is between standard curing and steam curing

Research and application of auxiliary loading model of cement shipping terminal based on deep learning

The dock is an important hub connecting water transportation and land transportation. However, due to the complex working environment of the loading machine on the dock, operators may face many problems during the loading process, such as the inability to fully monitor the operation process, and the emission of ash/dust during loading. In order to alleviate this situation, this paper proposes an assisted ship loading model based on deep learning algorithms. Based on advanced YOLOv7 and YOLOv8 models, it can monitor the loading process 24 hours a day, predict the position and height of the ship loading spout in real time, calculate the material deviation and detect ash emission during loading. In addition, when the ship loading spout approaches the walls of the cargo hold, a warning will be issued to avoid collision.
