Research on application of nanocrystalline nucleation agents in production of PC components

In this paper, the influence of nano-early strength nucleation agent on cement hydration process and early mechanical properties of concrete was studied by self-made nano-early strength nucleation agent, and the application of nano-nucleation agent in the actual production of PC components was explored. The experimental results showed that the nano-early strong nucleation agent can significantly promote cement hydration and shorten the induction period of cement hydration. By adding 1% nanocrystalline nucleation agent into concrete, the early strength of concrete can be significantly improved, and the compressive strength of concrete can reach 15 MPa in 7 h, which is 150% higher than blank. The application of nanocrystalline nucleation agent in the production of PC components can obviously shorten the release time of PC components, and has no negative effect on the apparent quality of PC components.

Effect of fineness and content of quartz sand on properties of G grade oil-well cement paste

Generally, Grade G oil-well cement stone easily appears strength shrinkage under high temperature environment (≥110 ℃), and SiO2≥95% quartz sand can be added as a high-temperature strength decline inhibitor. In this paper, the effects of different fineness and content of quartz sand on the strength and comprehensive properties of G grade oil-well cement paste were tested through comprehensive laboratory experiments, and the morphology and hydration products of cement paste were analyzed. The results showed that 30%~35% quartz sand (particle size 80 μm sieve residue 10%~15%) can reduce the ratio of calcium to silicon to 1.0 in the high-temperature hydration product of the cement stone, so as to prevent the strength decline of the oil-well cement stone under high temperature conditions. However, when the temperature rises from 160 ℃ to 180 ℃, the hydration product tobermorite transforms into xonotlite, which reduces the strength of sanded oil-well cement stone, so 160 ℃ can be regarded as a critical decline point. A set of high temperature resistant oil-well cement slurry system formulas was designed with sand oil well cement with 80 μm sieve residue 10%~15% and 30% content as the reference material. The performance of the cement paste can meet the technical indexes of the oil field, which can provide a basis for the later design of the high temperature resistant cement paste system

Study on influencing factors of jet angle of fixed grate bed

In order to study the motion law of gas after injecting into the material layer through the grate plate, the experiment of air injecting into the clinker layer through circular holes and slits was carried out. By using the self-built experimental device, two groups of material layer pressure with different particle size and wind speed were measured. Two sets of experimental data are analyzed based on the theory of air jet, and the experimental coefficients of circular hole and slit air supply outlet are 0. 77 and 0. 68 respectively. The results showed that the diffusion angle is positively correlated with the particle size and negatively correlated with the wind speed of through-hole.

Study on preparation of ultrafine cement from slag powder with different grinding methods and specific surface area

According to the designed superfine cement ratio scheme, the materials were put into the test mill and ground together to the specified specific surface area of the superfine cement. With the increase of specific surface area, the setting time of cement gradually became shorter, the strength of cement increased obviously in the early stage, but increased slowly in the later stage. However, the setting time of the ultrafine cement prepared by grinding slag powder alone gradually became longer with the increase of specific surface area. The strength growth of the ultrafine cement prepared by grinding slag powder alone was not as good as that of the ultrafine cement prepared by common grinding in the early stage, but the strength growth in the late stage was better than that of the cement prepared by common grinding
