Abstract:Sulfate aluminate cement is a green low calcium cementitious material that is energysaving and emission reducing. This cement has excellent properties such as fast setting and hardening, early strength, high strength, and resistance to sulfate corrosion, and has application prospects in various engineering fields. However, sulfoaluminate cement has problems such as slow strength growth and shrinkage in the later stage, which affects its application range. In this article, fluorite waste residue from the photovoltaic industry is used as a mineralizer and added to raw materials to prepare sulfoaluminate cement clinker. The research results indicate that the dosage of fluorite waste affects the mineral composition ratio of clinker, and adding 0.6% fluorite waste can improve the performance of sulfoaluminate cement clinker. By adding 12% hard gypsum to the clinker, high early strength sulfoaluminate cement with a compressive strength of 16.0 MPa at 3 hours and 62.2 MPa at 28 days can be prepared, and the strength steadily increases in the later stage.
