Abstract:In order to study the motion law of gas after injecting into the material layer through the grate plate, the experiment of air injecting into the clinker layer through circular holes and slits was carried out. By using the self-built experimental device, two groups of material layer pressure with different particle size and wind speed were measured. Two sets of experimental data are analyzed based on the theory of air jet, and the experimental coefficients of circular hole and slit air supply outlet are 0. 77 and 0. 68 respectively. The results showed that the diffusion angle is positively correlated with the particle size and negatively correlated with the wind speed of through-hole.
