Abstract:Bag filter dust removal technology has been widely used in cement, steel, electric power and other industries, but finding leaky bag filter is a difficult for manufacturing enterprises. Three main features, baseline value, slip peak area and valley value, are acquired from a large number of realtime data collected by AC coupling dust monitor, which are used to digitally display the bag filter running status, and locate the leaking location of the bag filters. The baseline value calculated by the improved local outlier factor LOF (local outlier factor) algorithm can accurately track the process change and bag leaking status, and its correlation coefficient with the particulate CEMS data is 0.85. For the off-line bag filter, slip peak area and valley value are used to locate the leaking bag house, which is used to precise maintenance the bag filters and achieve the deep emission reduction.
