Abstract：Roll squeezer is one of the key equipment in cement production line. The stable work of the equipment determines the normal operation of the production line, and the key factor affecting the normal work of the roll squeezer is the sealing failure. Therefore, this paper summarizes and optimizes the existing sealing selection scheme based on the tracking of the use of previous roller squeezer confidential seal and related literature, and after analyzing and studying customer requirements. It can basically solve the problems of short service life and inconvenient replacement of existing seals, and it has also been verified on some users’ equipment
