Abstract:This article uses data statistical methods to analyze the leaching amount of water-soluble chromium (Ⅵ) and total chromium content in clinker. The results showed that the total chromium content of cement clinker had no obvious change when a small amount of contaminated soil or hazardous waste was added, but the leaching amount of water-soluble chromium (VI) of cement clinker had obvious change. Further study found that the leaching rate of water-soluble chromium (Ⅵ) in clinker presented a stable negative correlation with the total chromium content of clinker, which was closely related to the kiln process parameters besides the influence of raw materials into the kiln, and the kiln process parameters were the main influencing factors of the correlation. Subsequent verification tests showed that the leaching amount of water-soluble chromium (Ⅵ) in clinker can be effectively reduced by reducing the total chromium content of raw materials into kiln under the condition that kiln process parameters remained unchanged
