Abstract In order to improve the utilization rate of construction solid waste, a study was conducted on processing high brick slag content construction solid waste into recycled fine stone and recycled fine aggregate to prepare medium and low strength recycled fine stone concrete, which was applied in I-A and I-B environments such as cushion layers, leveling layers, filling layers, and slope finding layers. By means of reducing the particle size of recycled aggregates, fully pre wetting recycled fine stones, and developing specialized admixtures, the shortcomings of high brick slag content recycled fine stone concrete, such as fast loss of flowability and easy pump blockage, have been solved. At the same time, by integrating the design methods of ordinary concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete, the problem of mix proportion design for recycled fine aggregate concrete has been solved, and the quality control indicators and maximum volume replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate and recycled fine aggregate have been proposed. Finally, successfully configured recycled fine aggregate concrete with good working performance and strength levels such as C15, C20, and C25 that meet the requirements. Identify a batch resource utilization approach for high value-added construction solid waste with high brick slag content.
