Abstract:For the moment in China,there are many problems faced in the application of cement grinding aids. This paper mainly studied a series of binary compound grinding aids of aminophenol and aminophenol were prepared from triethanolamine and p-aminophenol in a certain proportion, and their properties were systematically studied. The optimum content and proportion were determined, and the performance test was carried out by adding the grinding aids into the cement. The test data showed that the specific surface area of the grinding aids increased by nearly 12% compared with the blank group, and the 3 d, 7 d and 28 d compressive strength increased by 1.9 MPa, 1.9 MPa and 3.4 MPa respectively. Compared with triethanolamine, the sieve residue was reduced by 20%, which indicated that this grinding aids has better grinding effect than triethanolamine.
