Abstract:Based on the principle of computational fluid mechanics, this paper simulated and analyzed the internal flow rate of raw material dynamic separator by changing the structure of guide blade and the angle of discharge pipeline. The analysis found that when the blade deflection angle is between 10° and 20°, the flow field is relatively stable. And when the pipe angle is 138°, the fine powder collection effect is the best.
