Abstract:To prepare self-compacting high-strength concrete, the influence of coarse aggregate gradation ratio of (5~10 mm) and (10~20 mm) crushed stone mass ratio on the J-ring performance of self-compacting concrete was studied. The results indicate that increasing the proportion of large stones within a certain range is beneficial for increasing the concrete flow rate and reducing the expansion time. When the mass ratio of crushed stones is 6:4, the J ring has the smallest barrier extended time. Increasing the proportion of large stones within a certain range is beneficial for increasing the extended degree. When the mass ratio of crushed stones is 6:4, the J-ring blocks the maximum extended degree, but the concrete produces some separation. Increasing the number of large stones within a certain range is beneficial for the self-forming of concrete, but when the number of large stones exceeds a certain limit, it is detrimental to the self-forming of concrete. The suitable ratio of coarse aggregate in this experiment is 8:2.
