Abstract：The current treatment of waste concrete about concrete batching plant still exists some questions such as low utilization, environmental pollution, and poor economic efficiency. This study used a composite additive to regulate the plastic effect of the waste concrete to make it appear in the same state as fresh concrete. Then it can be used with newly concrete or be used as concrete in different strength grades. This method can not only realize the full utilization of residual waste materials, but also save resources, save energy and reduce emissions, and protect the environment
