Abstract:This experiment selected cement produced by three commonly used grinding methods in industrial production to detect specific surface area, cement slurry flow, cement hydration heat, concrete performance, concrete compressive strength and cement particle gradation. The results showed that semi-final grinding is the optimal grinding method, and the effects of specific surface area and 45 μm fineness control index in production are basically the same. Combined with power consumption and other indicators, it is recommended to use semi-final grinding method for grinding, the specific surface area control to (370±10) m2/kg. Meanwhile the cement performance is optimized.
